Yes, Citrine Hills offers both on-site maintenance and on-site management teams.

Residents have the convenience of submitting rent payments and maintenance requests on our resident app or the resident portal. 


Each apartment home includes 1 reserved carport space. We also offer free, unreserved parking on our surface lot. Residents can opt for private garages which range from $125-150 based on key or remote access.

Lastly, we know that the little things matter most, which is why you'll find On-Site Management and Emergency Maintenance Teams, Flexible Lease Terms Available, High-Speed Internet Access, and Monthly Resident Events.

Our apartment homes are unfurnished. 

Our apartment homes are cable ready and pre-wired for high-speed internet. Our main providers are Spectrum or Frontier. 

Each and every apartment links you to what matters most! Choose a home that is nearest one of the 4 swimming pools or 2 jacuzzis for the quickest access to soothing waters, or choose an apartment near the fitness centers or tennis court for 'on-the-go' access to a fun way to get physcial.


Residents have the convenience and ease of submitting rent payments and maintenance requests on our resident app or the resident portal.

Our renters insurance requirement is $100,000 in personal liability coverage. You may choose your preferred provider.

Yes, we offer an early lease termination option. Please reach out to our office directly for details. 

Residents pay utility fees on the resident portal or resident app along with rent; utilities are not included in the rent amount. Gas & electric are paid to SoCal Edison & SoCal Gas.

Our apartments in Ontario, CA are strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to the East Ontario Metrolink Station, and with easy access to the Ontario Airport.
